The new Federal minimum wage under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will increase in 3 stages on the following schedule:
Every employer of employees subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage provisions must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all of their establishments so as to permit employees to readily read it.
The content of the notice is prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor. An approved copy of the new minimum wage poster is made available for informational purposes or for employers to use as posters. Click here to download your free poster or visit the following website for more details:

Due to the recent change in the federal minimum wage, your all-in-one poster from LUBA can be updated by printing out the new minimum wage poster. You will also find a copy of the new poster in the July edition of Issues and Answers. Simply affix this new poster over the old portion of your all-in-one poster and you will be in full compliance.
If you have questions about the minimum wage, please contact the LSBA office at (844) 242-LSBA (5722).
